I'm a personal trainer and finally added the missing pieces, because BELLS OF STEEL figured it out for me!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the trap bar! I work with a huge range of abilities and this one piece of equipment allows me to tailor lifts perfectly. AND the built in jack saves my back. Can't say enough good things -- I just wish I had bought sooner. It takes up much less space than I thought and it's gorgeous :)
The "conflict" plates are awesome too! Will need to add to my collection soon 💪

Conflict bumper plates

Great! They seem well constructed. For and finish is a little lacking. The paint on the letters and numbers isn’t perfect and the cutting of the excess rubber on the outside of each plate...Read full review

Perfect bumpers

Great plates. Color coded writing but still a nice overall black appearance. Love the combination of weights, easily stacked and a good amount of weight for me (I’m 5’6” 150lbs) Good price and excellent quality! Noticed a lot of off gas from the rubber so I left them outside for a few days till the smell was gone. Nothing unexpected as all new rubber gym equipment has this.

Low Smell - Really All That Matters

Bought these as part of the Boxing Week sale package.

I'm not dropping from above waist height so can't speak to the true dead bounce or longevity, but they're definitely solid and well fitted on the bar.

My major concern was odour...and these are nearly odourless right out of the box. A nice light wipe with Dawn soap, water and a dry-off cloth and they've been perfect.

So good that my wife has actually stolen my 10s and 15s for her workouts. (Guess I'll be buying more!?)

Excellent

I’ve never owned bumper plates so maybe not the best person for advice, but they look and feel great in my opinion. Wish I would have filled my home gym with these and NOT the steel plate...Read full review

Great Bumpers

They look better in person than in the pictures. Quality bumpers for a good price. Was surprised at how low the bounce is. Would recommend these for anyone in the market for bumpers.Read full review

Plates came quickly and package well. Only issue is some discolouration on the 15lb plates. Other than that they work as expected and are easy to grip.Read full review

Great Plates!

Been using the 350lb set of conflict plates for about a month and a half now and im very pleased with them. They look and feel great and were a great addition to my gym. Disclaimer i dont do olympic lifts and only use my plates for powerlifting movements as im still babying my new plates.

Two suggestions for improvement:
1. The 35 and 15 lb plates looks so nice with their color accent. But the 10s, 25s, and 45s have dark colors and dont stand out well on the black rubber. The 10s probably cant be addressed but a brighter blue/green would look really good.
2. Some of my plates have a rubber lip that sticks out a few mm further than the rest of the plate's circumference. Its just an aesthetic thing and i dont notice it during deadlifts (see attached pic).

Decent product- fast shipping - Shipping packaging really needs improvement

The plates seem to be working fine but I have to say I was somewhat disappointed with the overall look and quality of them. The quality control seems to be off a bit as the rubber is split in some areas, rubber goes over the steel incert and one seemed like it warped. If you care about esthetics they seem to off compared to other brands. As I have mentioned before, shipping packaging was terrible and I'm surprised it was allowed to leave the building looking like that. The UPS guy even had one fall out of the box on my porch. Thankfully they're supposed to bounce. That said, since I am new to this whole home gym thing perhaps that's how they all get shipped and these blemishes on the plates are normal. Over though, they do what I need and I am enjoying my gym and other BOS products.
